ECP, drives unique value for brands through some of the nations top university campus housing, providing ready access to a valued and affluent demographic of students right where they live – in student housing communities nationwide.

What We Do

ECP develops partnership opportunities within campus housing properties.

We help brands recognize and realize the value of strategic marketing placements and sponsorships. In doing so, we effectively enable brands to elevate the student’s university experience, thereby connecting brands to a student consumer as he or she develops their buying habits for a lifetime.

Students studying outdoorsWe are able to get brands unique and valuable access to college students without having to maneuver the bureaucracy and restrictions of dealing directly with the college or university.

We are uniquely experienced and positioned to help brands develop a customized approach, and to fully activate, therefore achieving the greatest possible outcome.

We work directly with the property owners to seek the most creative and effective ways to develop a program that brings value to the student residents.

Sara Rubens

Sara has 15 years experience in partnership marketing and sales. This includes leveraging the assets of destination shopping centers for Simon Properties by connecting brands to the shopper demographic. She has also worked for non-profits such as the March of Dimes, Samaritan’s Feet, and Nothing but Nets, connecting brands with good causes.
