What We Do

ECP develops partnership opportunities within campus housing properties.

We help brands recognize and realize the value of strategic marketing placements and sponsorships. In doing so, we effectively enable brands to elevate the student’s university experience, thereby connecting brands to a student consumer as he or she develops their buying habits for a lifetime.

Students studying outdoorsWe are able to get brands unique and valuable access to college students without having to maneuver the bureaucracy and restrictions of dealing directly with the college or university.

We are uniquely experienced and positioned to help brands develop a customized approach, and to fully activate, therefore achieving the greatest possible outcome.

We work directly with the property owners to seek the most creative and effective ways to develop a program that brings value to the student residents.

ECP understands the complex landscapes in a university setting and works closely with brands to develop an aggressive activation strategy. By doing so, we are able to incorporate benefits and promotions that extend beyond the contract elements, making each partnership a measurable success.
